This rating can only be a 10. The property is very close to shops, good restaurants and access to public transport. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The lounge area is an absolute delight. We made good of the gym and running track. Next time we’ll visit the cinema room and possibly use the BBQ facilities. Contrary to what previous guests mentioned in their reviews, I had no difficulty finding the car park, I was able to register my rental car for parking on the same day and i had no issues with check-in and check-out times. It is worth-noting that I called them about a day or two in advance to discuss these. I strongly recommend that.

There is off street secure parking and it is in a good location, communication with host and check in/our was really easy. Overall we’d highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when we return to Birmingham.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the host. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcome throughout my stay.
