The location is excellent, but more importantly, the customer service as as good as any five star hotel I have stayed at. The room was amazing with a great shower, variety of teas available, coffee, hot chocolate drinks and a couple of biscuits. It was very welcoming. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff and host. We had a lovely dinner and a great breakfast.
